What is Leadercore?

Leadercore is a community engagement strategy that helps Guides develop a perennial source of prospective clients as they strive to increase leadership intelligence community-wide.

How did it start?

GiANT Guides expressed a desire to generate and close leads with prospective clients in their efforts to build sustainable businesses. Sales training provided by GiANT and other outside resources helps, but Guides still struggle to implement a sales process that generates consistent business.

Leadercore arose to address this desire by offering ongoing opportunities to invite and invest in community leaders. It also provides an ongoing revenue source for GiANT Guides in the form of registration fees and sponsorships.

Seeing these needs, Andrew Robinson conceived the idea of Leadercore in the fall of 2023 and launched the initial Leadercore Series in Eugene, Oregon, in February of 2024. Jay Samson and Suzi Lantz joined Andrew to strengthen and refine the Leadercore concept. Throughout 2024, several other locations launched Leadercore in their communities.

How does it work?

We host four Leadercore Series events each year—one per quarter—for two hours. Leaders who want to go deeper can join a 10-month cohort that follows the 5 Voices for Teams format.

Can any Guide implement Leadercore?

No. We have an established process for interested Guides that involves an application, interview, and test period to ensure it’s a good fit.

What is the relationship between Leadercore and GiANT?

Leadercore utilizes GiANT and 5 Voices content in its quarterly Series events and community cohorts.

How does Leadercore complement other GiANT programs?

Leadercore differs from other GiANT programs in that it is a year-long city-wide strategy, as opposed to GiANT’s programs like 5 Voices Experience and 5 Voices Summit that take place once each year.

The two could compliment one another if the annual events were kickoff event that then funneled into Leadercore’s year-round opportunities.

Is Leadercore a program of GiANT Worldwide?

No. Like other companies, agencies, and solo Guides that utilize GiANT, Leadercore incorporates GiANT content for its Series events and community cohorts.

Does GiANT benefit from Leadercore?

Yes. GiANT receives 100% of the profit from sales of certifications, badges, and GiANT OS subscriptions.
